Sylvia completed a double degree (Bachelor of Laws and Justice Studies) at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in November 2005. She then completed a Diploma in Practical Legal Training and was admitted as a Solicitor with the Supreme Court of Queensland in March 2007.
She commenced working in Australian Migration in 2004 and was registered as a Migration Agent in 2006. Throughout her 15 years of experience she has assisted many individuals in their migration to Australia. As a registered migration advocate she provides independent advice to clients from a range of backgrounds and in a variety of visas.
Sylvia was born in Australia in 1982. Her parents migrated to Australia from Spain with their respective families in 1968. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. She genuinely wants to continue servicing the migrant community in determining their Australian migration prospects and liaising with the Department of Home Affairs and Tribunals in a professional and diligent manner. After working several years in a migration firm Sylvia made the decision to work for herself so as to enjoy a work/life balance and provide a more personal professional service to clients.

Anabel Arroyo
Anabel has been working with her sister Sylvia since February 2015. Prior to this she had a background in administration, operations, sales and marketing and has had an exposure to many diverse roles. She has a Certificate IV in Business and extensive administration and customer service experience.
Her role at Visa Agents Australia is Executive Assistant. Her experience is reflected in her superior organisational and time management skills.
The two combined make a dynamic duo!
